Join the Glenrose Foundation and Edmonton Convention Centre for Charcuterie Night on February 12, 2020!
Enjoy an intimate, interactive farm to table experience and learn how to build the ultimate charcuterie spread from the country’s top chefs. Anchor your platter with exclusive meats and cheeses from local suppliers Meuwly’s and Old School Cheesery. Guests will learn the basics of crafting a perfectly balanced board while sipping on a selection of delicious wines and beers in support of the Glenrose Foundation.
Funds raised help provide innovative equipment, programs and technology in order to help patients recover, relearn life skills and rediscover their full potential.
