Join us on date night for Charcuterie Night with Canada’s Top Chefs on July 12.
Enjoy an intimate, interactive farm to table experience in the heart of our kitchen and learn how to build the ultimate charcuterie spread from the country’s top chefs. Anchor your platter with exclusive meats and cheeses from local suppliers Meuwly’s and Old School Cheesery. Guests will learn the basics of crafting a perfectly balanced board while sipping on a selection of delicious wines and beers.

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Charcuterie board class taught by guest Chef Peter Keith of Meuwly’s and Executive Chef Serge Belair.
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Guests eat Charcuterie boards and mingle
7:30 p.m. – Kitchen tour
